BJJ Etiquette – What You Should Know Before Your First Class
Here are some important tips that are big part of bjj etiquette and bjj for beginners:
-respect your coach and the class by showing up on time, paying attention, and being ready to learn
-don’t be afraid to ask questions when the proper time arises
-introduce yourself to your training partners as they will be a big part of your bjj journey
-make sure you show up washed, in clean gear, finger nails trimmed, and do not show up if you are ill
-In terms of live sparring, try to move in a controlled manner as much as possible
